Definitions

• “Company” refers to Corestack Entertainment LLP.
• “Club” or “Platform” refers to Real Gaming Club.
• “Player” or “User” refers to any individual participating in club activities.
• “Games” refers to skill-based card games such as Poker and Rummy conducted offline.

Eligibility

To participate in Real Gaming Club activities, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be restricted under any applicable laws from participating in such activities
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested

The Company reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time and may deny access if eligibility criteria are not met.

Nature of Services

Corestack Entertainment LLP operates Real Gaming Club as an offline, social gaming environment focused on skill-based card games.

• Games are conducted in physical venues
• Players may participate by paying entry fees or contributions
• Games are played among participants for entertainment and competitive purposes
• The Company facilitates the environment, management, and organization of such games

The Company does not guarantee winnings or outcomes.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All players must adhere to the rules of each game as communicated at the venue.

• Cheating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited
• Collusion with other players is prohibited
• Unfair practices, external assistance, disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior are prohibited
• The Company may disqualify players, forfeit winnings, remove players, or restrict future participation

Entry Fees, Charges & Winnings

• Participation may require entry fees, buy-ins, or contributions
• The Company may charge service, table, or administrative fees
• All fees will be communicated before participation
• Winnings are distributed based on game rules and outcomes
• The Company is not responsible for player disputes unless directly related to game conduct
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the player’s responsibility

Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made through approved methods
• Once a player has joined a game, entry fees are non-refundable, except when the Company cancels the game
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the Company’s sole discretion

Responsible Gaming

Corestack Entertainment LLP promotes responsible gaming. Players agree that:

• Participation is voluntary
• They are solely responsible for their financial decisions
• They will not engage in excessive or irresponsible gaming
• The Company may restrict access for players showing signs of problematic behavior

Code of Conduct

Players must maintain respectful behavior, follow venue rules and instructions, and refrain from illegal, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

• Failure to comply may result in immediate removal
• Suspension or a permanent ban
• Forfeiture of participation rights

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and materials related to Real Gaming Club are the property of Corestack Entertainment LLP.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Users may not use branding or materials for commercial purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for financial losses incurred through participation in games
• The Company does not guarantee winnings
• The Company is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue
• Participation is at the player’s own risk

Indemnification

Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corestack Entertainment LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misconduct or unlawful activity
• Disputes with other players

Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access, cancel participation without notice, or restrict future access in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
• Legal or regulatory concerns

Privacy

Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and used.

Modifications to Terms

Corestack Entertainment LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Technical failures
• Any unforeseen circumstances

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in Real Gaming Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
